Scott Hunter developed the core concepts that are the foundation of the Unshackled Leadership philosophy based on his 23+ years of working in and analyzing organizations of every type and size. The reality is that I didn’t have a life that I loved. In fact, I awoke one day in 1977 and looked at my life and there wasn’t much about it that I loved. So I embarked on what has been a 20+ year journey to discover what it takes to have a life that you love and this program reports on what I have found on that journey.

The most significant thing for you to understand is that every day, you are a choice. You are ALWAYS choosing how you respond and approach everything in your life, but mostly you don’t realize that so you don’t choose consciously and wisely. Which is unfortunate because the way life works is that you get the consequences of your choices. Which is worthwhile knowing because your life is always a perfect feedback mechanism.
